Electronium Hat
The Electronium Hat harnesses the power of sunspots to produce cognitive radiation. This radiation provides the wearer of the hat with an increased mental capacity and also provides higher-level functions such as speech. Guenter is the only known wearer of the hat. When operating at full capacity, the hat makes the wearer a genius by human standards. However, when working at half capacity, it only provides sufficient skills for something inferior, like attending a business school.
