Doom meter
The Doom Meter is a device that is used to measure how doomed the scanned person is by displaying the amount of millidooms they are emitting. Apparently the normal amount of millidooms a person should be emitting is about 10, however a time paradox duplicate emits doom at 10 times the background level.
