Bonneville Salt Flatlands
The Bonneville Salt Flatlands are a landform in the second dimension. When Fry, Leela, Bender, and the professor were in this dimension, in 3013, [7ACV15] they flew over them in the Planet Express ship. At the end of the flight, the professor, who was at the wheel, used a maneuver called a dimensional drift, during which he accelerated to dimensional-escape velocity, in order to transport himself and the others back to the third dimension.

- The Bonneville Salt Flatlands are a reference to Utah's Bonneville Salt Flats, where there is a speedway on which many land-speed records have been set, and the 1884 novel Flatland, which was adapted into a film in 2007.
