Amplification A wizard that uses spells that are written in this spell book gains a +2 in all spell saves and spell attack modifiers and dispel magic or counter spell does not work against the spells unless counterspell and/or silence are used at 9th level. In addition, you gain an additional 1st level spell slot. For flavor, when casting spells using the book's contents, the spells that are made out of the book glimmer brightly with the power of the weave.
