Wither Tiefling (5e Subrace)
Tiefling Subrace
You carry the deathly heritage of the wither, a strange undead creature whose presence corrupts and withers life around it. You were likely born with the taint of its corruption infused into you from your parents.
Ability Score Increase. Your Constitution score increases by 1.
Legacy of Withering Heights. You know the charnel claw” cantrip. Once you reach 3rd level, you can cast the arms of hadar spell once. Once you reach 5th level, you can cast the wither and bloom spell once. You must finish a long rest to cast one of these spells again with this trait. Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells when you cast them with this trait (choose when you select this race).
Withering Resistance. You have resistance to necrotic damage. This trait replaces Hellish Resistance.
