Wish Power

Prerequisites: Charisma 13 or higher
You can use your willpower to change the reality, wishing your desires into reality. You gain the following benefits:

• Increase your Charisma score by 1.

• Once per short or long rest you can use either of the following abilities.

• When you make any attack roll or ability check, you can use your bonus action to add your Charisma modifier and proficiency bonus to the roll.

• When an enemy makes an attack roll or ability check, as a reaction, you may subtract your Charisma modifier and half your proficiency bonus from the roll.
