Weapon (handaxe), rare These ancient axes belonged to a warrior who never let his prey escape him. Winter's claws are always produced in pairs. You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. When you hit a creature with it, the creature takes an additional 1d8 cold damage and has its movement speed reduced by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. |
