Winged Guardian's Cloak (5e Equipment)

Armor (Cloak), very rare (requires attunement)

An Armored and winged-cloak of the lost sentinels who fought from the skies to protect their allies.

Defender While wearing this cloak and no other armor your AC is 16 + dex (max 2). Anything that allows you to add bonus dex to your armor also works with this cloak. While attuned to this cloak gain shield proficiency.

Winged Sentinel While you wear this cloak, you have a flying speed equal to your walking speed.
