| Attack: Charisma Vs. Fortitude | |
| Hit: 3d6 + Charisma modifier poison damage. | |
| Effect: The power's area is difficult terrain until the end of your next turn. Any creature that starts its turn in the area takes 5 poison damage. You can dismiss the effect as a minor action. | |
