Weaponized Parasol (5e Equipment)

A specialized parasol with a sharp tip and lightweight metal plates along the canopy. The handle sometimes has a cane tip for gripping.

When holding this weapon and no other weapons, the wielder may use a bonus action to open or close the parasol. While open, the parasol cannot be used as a weapon, and instead grants a +1 to the wielder's AC while held in both hands. While the parasol is open, the wielder takes half damage from falling.
