This has the appearance of a felt tipped drum mallet and has arcane characters along one side that say "Wand of Paracusia" and has 10 charges. As an action, you may cause every creature within 200 feet of the wand that is not deafened to hear deep drum beats imbued with unbalancing magic until the beginning of your next turn or until you move at least 5 feet as you rhythmically beat a hard surface with the wand. All affected creatures have disadvantage on attack rolls while spell is in effect.
