The voulge is a weapon similar to the halberd or glaive. However, it has a point which gives it the capability to pierce more akin to a pike. The blade on a voulge is comparably clumsy, hacking rather than cutting. Its piercing potential requires a bit of momentum to properly use.

Pierce. If you move at least 10 feet straight toward a creature and make an attack with this weapon, the attack deals 1d10 piercing damage on a hit instead of its usual slashing damage.
