Vocal Mastery
Prerequisites: At least one level in Bard
Your voice alone is powerful enough to carry the power of your bardic magic. When you make a Performance check using only your voice, you can add your Proficiency modifier to the result. You can also use your voice as an instrument to cast bard spells, leaving both of your hands free.
