Valla's Whirlpool (5e Spell)

Create a 15-foot square centered on a point within range. For the duration the area becomes difficult terrain, and any creature that starts its turn or move into the area must make a Strength saving throw. On a failed save the creature is pulled up to 5 feet towards the center of the area. Creatures have disadvantage on this saving throw if totally submerged in water.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd-Level or higher, the length and width of the square or cube increases by 10 feet for each slot level above 1st, and the distance the a creature can be pulled increases by up to 5 feet for each slot level above 1st.
