Unstable Create Monster Limb
9th-level Conjuration (ritual)
Casting time: 1 action
Range: Touch
Components: S, V, M (ancient dragon scale, demilich skull, iron golem sword)
Duration: Instantaneous

You tear a rift in the multiverse, summoning the melee attack of a powerful creature. Make a melee spell attack with the creature's damage and add-ons that that attack has such as poison, psychic damage, etc. After the attack is finished you must make a Wisdom saving throw against your own spell save dc. If you fail, the creature you summoned comes through the tear to attack the caster. But if you make a successful save, the creature will return back to the tear and leave and the spell will end.
