Umbryss governs destruction and balance through entropy, embodying the black holes that devour stars and collapse worlds. He is depicted as a shadowy figure with gravitational distortions swirling around him. Umbryss resides in a pocket dimension of perpetual darkness within the Astral Sea, known as the Voidwell.
Feared by most, Umbryss is venerated in secret by cults and scholars of entropy who believe in the necessity of his work. Rituals involve extinguishing light and creating stillness to invoke his presence. His artifact, the Voidwell Relic, grants control over gravitational forces.
