Applicable to mechanized weapons and power tools - such as chainsaws, buzzsaws, drills, chainswords, plasma cutters, etc.

The weapon becomes 1.4 times lighter, rounded up; damage die size decreases by 2, and amount of damage dice is multiplied by 1.5, rounded up.

Weapon gets chained damage property.

If weapon's working time is limited, weapon uses power charges; 1 minutes of fuel of normal version equals 1.6 charges rounded up.
