4e Power Usage::At-Will  Primal, Implement, Thunder
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action Area burst 1 within 10
Target: Creatures in burst
Attack: Intelligence Vs. Fortitude
Hit: The target is knocked prone.
  • Level 21: The attack also does thunder damage equal to your intelligence modifier.

Reverse benefit: Remove the attack, target and hit lines. Effect: Allies in the burst can stand up or shift 1 square as a free action.
