Wondrous item, artifact

Beneficial Effects

Once you place the eye in your empty socket it will attach itself and become a part of your body. You will gain access to all the features of Chimerestry and Viccisitude until the eye is removed.

Detrimental Effects

The Eye has a maddening influence, slowly transforming the user into a sadistic killer. Those under the Eye’s effects are incredibly protective of it, and will not let it be removed.

Destroying the Artifact

The Eye has the strength of a regular kindred eye, and thus is relatively strong but can be destroyed through overwhelming force. It also can be burnt in the sun. If returned to Hazmiel himself he may grant some kind of gift or reward.
