Temporal Surge (5e Spell)

You give up some of your time and grant it to an ally. Choose a willing creature that you can see within range.
That creature may immediately use its reaction to take the Attack (one weapon attack only), Hide, or Use an Object action. Alternatively, the target can forgo taking an action to move up to its speed.

This spell invariably draws more time from the user than it grants. Until the start of your next turn, you must choose whether you get a bonus action on your turn or a reaction; you can only have one or the other.
