Taulmaril is an elegantly crafted magical silver longbow, that is completely smooth to the touch except for a singular large lightning bolt that goes along the shaft of the bow.
You may use your bonus action to cast the lightning arrow spell(PHB p. 234) at its lowest level. The spell save DC for this spell is 17.
