Replaces Unarmored Defense class feature

A Barbarian with steel rage fights not with bare chest, but with their breast encased in steel. In place of your Unarmored Defense class feature, you may gain the following benefits:

• You gain proficiency in heavy armor.

• You may rage while wearing Heavy Armor. However, at the end of your rage you must make a DC 10 constitution saving throw or suffer one level of exhaustion. If you have entered a Frenzy, this exhaustion stacks when you end your rage. Upon succeeding the save, the DC increases by 6 - your proficiency bonus until you complete a long rest.

• You may gain the benefits of class and subclass features (Such as Fast Movement) while wearing heavy armor.
