Martial Ranged Weapons

This is a small metal plate strapped to one's arm. It is fired by a flick of the wrist, and takes disc blades as ammunition. It can be tucked under a loose sleeve, and made nearly unnoticeable.

Special: You must take a bonus action to cover this weapon after firing it if you want it to stay hidden. Make a Sleight of Hand check contested by the target's Perception. In addition, while it is hidden, you can wield a weapon that doesn't attach to the hand our wrist in the same hand as this weapon, But you cant use this weapon until the hand is freed.
