Spiretop drakes are born in clutches of seven. Each one is quite weak, but in a swarm, they can take down a medium-sized creature.

Spiretop Drake Youngling Swarm Tactics
The spiretop drake youngling swarm tries to snatch any shiny trinkets (small and non-combat only) from the target using snatch and flyby attack. If it has relieved its target, and any other visible targets of any visible shiny trinkets, it flies back to its nest. It will fight along side a parent spiretop drake but if it is badly wounded it will fly away.

A character knows the following information with a successful Nature check.
DC 15: spiretop drake youngling swarms like to try and steal shiny trinkets.
DC 20: A spiretop drake youngling swarm will fight alongside a parent.
DC 25: spiretop drake youngling swarms will try to steal from another Drake if it sees a valuable.
Encounter Groups
spiretop drake youngling swarm usually only fight alongside other spiretop drakes.
