Soul Bound Armor [Racial]

Your armor is becomes bound with your soul

Prerequisite: 15 Wis, Old Blood

Benefit: Select one type of armor, while wearing the selected type of armor you gain a +1 bonus to Will. In addition ignore any Speed penalties from the selected type of Armor.
