Effect: You inscribe a rune creating a zone in a close burst 1 around you that lasts until the end of your next turn. While within the zone, you and all allies within the zone receive damage reduction 5 (fire), and any enemy who hits you or an ally within the zone take fire damage equal to your Charisma modifier.
