An elegant shawl made of extremely fine silk and woven with threads of magic.
You gain these benefits while wearing the shawl:

  • You gain a +1 bonus to your AC.
  • Your Charisma score is 19, or increases by +1, whichever is higher.
  • You can cast comprehend languages at will as an action.
  • You can cast charm person once. Once you cast charm person in this way, you can't cast it again until the next dawn. If you have 1st-level spell slots, you may use your spell slots to cast the spell as if it were in your spell list.
