| Trigger: You are the target of a magical effect | |
| Target: Each creature in burst | |
| Attack: Strength + 3 Vs. Reflex | |
| Hit: 2d8 Thunder damage + Wisdom modifier damage | |
| Effect: The spell which would have effected you is immediately interrupted, foiling the attack, and the magical effects of that attack are lost regardless of the caster's saving throw, however the caster's success on a saving throw prevents the Thunder damage caused by Shattering Roar. | |
| The damage dealt by Shattering Roar is increased to 4d8 at 11th level and 6d8 at the 21st level. | |
| Special: If you are in Alternate Form while utilizing Shattering Roar, you gain a +2 power bonus to the attack roll. | |
