The weapon of the god of evil himself, this weapon does extra dmg to gods (Deities and Celestials) compared to normal does an extra 4d10 to gods (Deities and Celestials) 2d10 to anyone else instead of slashing dmg you deal lighting dmg. As Set can fire lighting, this weapon has 20 charges you can use 10 Charges [Hart's Incredibly Hot Lightning Laser] for 5 charges you can use [Investiture of Sand] you can use use 3 charges to use [SandBlast]

Spell casting mod for this is DEX if you don't have a SpellCasting Modifier (I.E if a wizard uses this weapon its INT but if a fighter were to use this weapon DEX)
