Scythe of Time (5e Equipment)

Weapon (greatscythe), legendary (requires attunement)

A huge, outward blade of steel, which curves into itself, which looks hardly supported by the clearly rotting handle. Within the top of the staff rests a glass bauble, half filled with fine grain sand. Through a myriad of swipes, the user can slash away at the threads of time. You have a +2 to attack and damage rolls made with this weapon.

This weapon has 3 charges. While holding the scythe, as a reaction to seeing someone make a skill check, saving throw, or attack roll, you can spend a charge and force them to immediately reroll, with advantage or disadvantage(your choice). At dusk, the scythe regains 1d4 - 1 charges.
