The Franchi SPAS-12 is an Italian shotgun regularly used in both police and military operations. While capable of firing in semi-auto, it can be quickly switched to pump-action due to the difficulty of typical gas-operated shotguns cycling when loaded with specialist ammunition.

Fire Selector. When using ammunition that is not standard or slugs, this weapon must be cycled manually, granting it the loading property.
