Ryudan's Static Charge (5e Spell)

You target two creatures that you can see within range that aren't within 5 feet of eachother or another creature under the effects of this spell. The chosen targets are imbued with an electric potential. If a target of this spell enters within 5 feet of another target of this spell, an electric arc discharges between them, dealing 3d8 lightning damage to each. The spell then ends for both targets.

At Higher Levels. You can target up to two more creatures within range for each spell slot level above 2nd.
