You slash your hand open on the sharp object, as you begin to drive a target insane. Choose one creature within range. They must make a Wisdom saving throw, or be aflicted with bloodlust. They are forced to retry the saving throw at the start of their turn, ending the bloodlust on a success, but restarting it on a failure. The bloodlust ends when the spell ends regardless.
