The retriever destroys those that it looks upon with its fire, lightning and frost.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Arachane, Fire, Lightning or Cold, Implement
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action Ranged 20
Primary Target: One creature
Attack: Charisma Vs. Reflex
Hit: 4d6 + Charisma modifier fire, lightning or cold damage.
Secondary Target: Two creatures within 5 squares of the primary target
Secondary Attack: Charisma Vs. Reflex.
Hit: 2d6 + Charisma modifier fire, lightning or cold damage.
Tertiary Target: All other enemies within 20 squares of you.
Tertiary Attack: Charisma Vs. Reflex.
Hit: 1d6 + Charisma modifier fire, lightning or cold damage.
Special: You may choose the damage type of the attack (from fire lighning and cold). The damage types for each of the attacks must be the same.
