Not truly a set of magical armor, just a very well-made piece of gear that helps reduce the impact of weapon blows. While a skilled hand is required for even the most minimal levels of reinforcement without compromising the armor’s integrity, only a true master can construct the greatest guards.

Reduce all bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage you take. The damage reduction is determined by the rarity in the table below. The amount of damage reduced is doubled against critical hits.
