Rapier Wit [General]
3e Summary::Your tongue strikes keener than any blade and your words cut deep.
Prerequisite: Charisma 17+
Benefit: You use your Charisma bonus instead of your Strength bonus for the purposes of determining Attack rolls and Damage rolls.
Normal: Add Strength or Dexterity to Attack rolls and Damage rolls.
