This hand crossbow is modified with a special hand crank that allows rapidly resetting its string, letting its user fire off multiple bolts in quick succession before the crank runs out of torsion. This mechanism compromises the force of the crossbow, however, and leads to each individual bolt having reduced damage output.

Rapid Fire. You can make up to five weapon attacks with this weapon in a single round, assuming you have the actions to do so.
