This creature was created as part of the Player Equivalent CR variant rule using the Naruto: Shinobi (5e Class) class and Genin (5e Background) background, and as such does not follow traditional CR.

Puppet. The puppet can not act on its own, and must be controlled by a creature with the Path of the Puppetmaster.

ACTIONS

Sting. Melee Spell Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (3d4 + 5) piercing damage.

Electric Sting (2 Chakra). As a bonus action immediately after a successful Sting attack, the target takes 13 (3d4 + 5) lightning damage.

Create Drone (5 Chakra). The puppet creates one drone bee puppet with half as many hit points. If this puppet drops to 0 hit points, it is killed instantly and can not be repaired. Any drones created in this way are controlled by the puppetmaster when the queen is being controlled, and do not count toward how many creatures the puppetmaster can control.

While its smaller variants are constructed from numerous shinobi insects, queen bee puppets are elemental puppets constructed from a singular giant shinobi insect's entire chakra pathway network. During the Shirogane clan's final gasp, a queen bee was puppet used as Meno's ultimate weapon.
