This is a +2 (or +3) Collision (Add Phantom if +3) Hand Crossbow (if you wish it to be +3 instead of +2, double the cost). Its ability (see below) is only usable by Psychostazi Enforcers. A number of times per day (see Prestige Class Description), or (for the NPC Class) 6 times, this weapon may use Energy Push (as the power) instead of its normal attack. Other wise, it is a normal Hand Crossbow. it is automatically Masterwork. It may have any of the material enhancements of a standard Hand Crossbow.
