3e Summary::You can charge multiple ranged attacks with psionic power
Benefit: At the cost of 2 power points, all of your ranged attacks can be charged as a free action to inflict +1 point of piercing damage for a number of rounds equal to your Strength modifier +1.
Special: This feat does not stack with Psionic Shot or Greater Psionic Shot; only one of the feats can be used at any one time.
