Psionic Mastery

Prerequisites: Illithid
You grow more accustomed to your psionic powers, manifesting it into new abilities. You gain the following benefits:

  • Increase your Intelligence score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
  • Instead of unleashing a mental attack, you can expend a use of your Mental Blast trait to focus on the mind of one creature, taking control over it. One creature of your choice within 30 feet of you to make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Intelligence modifier). On a failed save, a target becomes charmed for 1 minute. If the charmed target takes any damage, it can repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on itself on a success.
