You release a word of happiness or a burst of laughter. When you do this your target falls to the ground laughing in extreme delight for 2 rounds. Each round after the creature will have to make a Charisma check with a DC of 13+Charisma Mod; for each round that they fail the check they spend another round on the ground in complete Ecstasy and take 1d4 damage.
