Poison Bolt (5e Spell)

You hurl a bolt of toxic energy from your fingertips. Make a ranged spell attack against a creature within range. On a hit, the target takes 1d4 poison damage and must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or be poisoned until the end of its next turn.

At Higher Levels. This spell's damage increases by 1d4 when you reach 5th level (2d4), 11th level (3d4), and 17th level (4d4).
