Weapon (any sword), rare (requires attunement)

You can use a bonus action to point this sword at one creature of your choice within 30 feet of your reach. When you do so, the sword begins to hum with subtle enchantments directed at its target. If the path to the target is unobstructed (though it need not to be visible), it must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or take 1d10 psychic damage and have disadvantage on the next attack roll it makes before the end of its next turn. The sword uses your attack roll and ability score modifier to damage rolls.
