Planespark (5e Spell)

Upon casting this spell, the primary caster or the target must make a Constitution Save (DC 20) or a Wisdom Save (DC 20) or else they will take 2d12 points of psychic, radiant and blunt damage and will be left Paralyzed, Blinded and Deafened for 3 rounds. Upon success, at the start of the second round, the target of the spell must succeed a Wisdom Save (DC 15) or they will be subject to an effect similar to the effects of Power Word Deafen, Power Word Blind and Banish. Upon success, at the start of the third round, the primary caster or the target of the spell must make a Constitution Save (DC 15) or be Disfigured. Upon success, at the start of the fourth round, the primary caster or the target of the spell must roll a Will Save (DC 20) or be killed. Upon success, the spell takes effect. If this process is interrupted, the secondary casters and primary caster (or the target of the spell) must make Will, Constitution and Wisdom Saves (DC 18) or be permanently Blinded and Deafened.

If you fail any of the saves before round four the spell ends and you have to wait 2d6 months to retry. Components are not refunded upon failure.

Upon the success of the spell, you gain the ability to Plane Shift at will a number of times equal to your Caster Level*your Wisdom modifier. You also gain the ability to use Create Demiplane at will once a day, without a limit to the time limits of the spell, though you may only create three demiplanes at a time.
