You point at a creature within range, and they are assailed with a magical storm of glitter. They must make an Intelligence save or take 1d6 psychic damage and be confused, unable to take reactions until the start of their next turn.
At Higher Levels. The spells damage increases by 1d6 when you reach 5th level (2d6), 11th level (3d6), and 17th level (4d6).
