Pinning (3.5e Equipment)

Pinning: A Pinning weapon, when thrown from above a target, reduces their reflex save by 2 for one minute. When a pinning weapon is thrown at a creature adjacent to a wall, the nake a DC 18 reflex save. A failure means they are pinned, effectively entangled for 4 rounds or until someone frees them with a DC 20 strength check. On a critical hit, a creature is automatically entangled for 4 rounds, no matter their location.
