Pulling at the threads of both death and time, you begin to unknit magical wounds. Choose one target in range. They take 6d4 necrotic damage, to a maximum of the same amount they were last magically healed for in the past 10 minutes.

At Higher Levels. When cast at 3rd level or higher, you deal an extra 3d4 damage for every level above 2nd.
