Pact of Wrath [Vile]

3e Summary::You have made a pact with Erythnul to be as wrathful as possible.

Prerequisite: Evil Alignment, Fiendish Pact

Benefit: The duration and positive effects drugs are multiplied by one and a half.

Special: To keep your pact, you must be addicted to at least three drugs and continuously have at least a -1 penalty to Wisdom and Dexterity from drinking (see Arms and Equipment Guide).
