Choose a creature within range, the target must succeed on a Intelligence saving throw. On a failed save, the ears of the target creature are filled with exotic tones no one else can hear. The creature loses all memory of non-weapon proficiencies known by the creature and any attempt to use such a proficiency will be met with automatic failure.
If the save is successful, the creature only suffers disadvantage on the skill checks affiliated with the proficiencies lost.
